Scenic Hill “Says Hi” Campaign
Encourage all residents wave and “give a smile” to walkers, people driving by, people out in their yards, etc. so we will be known as a friendly, caring neighborhood. We would like for people to say “If there’s anyplace to get lost in NLR, I would like it to be on Scenic Hill”.
