SHNA Proposed Bylaws
This is a draft of the bylaws for the Scenic Hill Neighborhood Association. They were show at our January meeting and will also be sent out in the newsletter.
We will be discussing them and voting on any changes that need to be made at the February meeting, and hopefully adopt the bylaws.
